Wild Grace Wellness Center is proud to be the only integral health and wellness center in Maine with an indoor, warm-water therapy pool. Wild Grace aspires to transcend and include the best in physical and aquatic therapy, massage, fitness and spiritual growth. Wild Grace offers a rich menu of health services including: Myofascial Release Therapy, Women's Health, Aquatic and Physical Therapy , WATSU™ (warm water stretching and massage), acupuncture, fitness and stretch classes, and educational and spiritual workshops. Many of the physical and aquatic therapy services we offer, including Watsu™ and JFB Myofascial Release Therapy, may be covered by your medical insurance provided they are medically necessary and prescribed by your physician. We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna at this time.
Wild Grace is located in Mid-Coast Maine in a new, environmentally-friendly building with an indoor, heated, salt-water therapy pool, luxurious treatment rooms, an outdoor hot tub and a yoga/movement studio and workshop/meeting space. Wild Grace is handicapped accessible with ample on-site parking.
Wild Grace is nestled into the birch and pine-filled woods of Dresden, ME, a quaint town known for its organic gardens, elderberries, eagles and juicy strawberries. Just one visit to Wild Grace and you will see and feel the positive energy of her architecture and resonate with the quiet beauty of her harmonious surroundings along the Kennebec River.
Wild Grace is a hybrid of innovation and green technology. Grown from the owners' commitment to respecting, protecting and revering mother earth, Wild Grace features solar hot water, radiant floor heat, Nu-Wool cellulose insulation, 10-inch thick walls, Lifebreath™ air exchangers to ensure excellent air quality and a Lifebreath 1000™ pool dehumidification system. The 94-degree, salt-water therapy pool is filled with sparkling clean Maine lake water and is heated with solar power and highly-efficient propane. A saline generator turns pure crystal salt into natural chlorine which is gentle on hair, skin, eyes and bathing suits, and provides excellent disinfection. Many people with chlorine sensitivities tolerate the Wild Grace pool with ease.
Wild Grace is licensed by the state of Maine as a public swimming pool and meets all national and state guidelines for safety and cleanliness.
