Welcome to Wild Grace Wellness Center!

Wild Grace Wellness Center is proud to be the only wellness center in the USA to offer Mermaid Fascial Freedom™, a warm-water Myofascial Release therapy endorsed by John Barnes, PT. Owner Emily Estes, PTA, LMT, ATRI-C, created Mermaid Fascial Freedom™ to release fascial restriction, reduce stress and pain and improve function.

Wild Grace aspires to transcend and include the best in aquatic therapy and exercise, Myofascial Release and massage, fitness and spiritual growth. Wild Grace offers a diverse menu of health services. In addition to MFR and Mermaid Fascial Freedom™ we provide:  Women's Health, WATSU™ (warm water stretching and massage), warm-water exercise classes, yoga and educational and spiritual workshops. See our services tab for more detailed information.

Wild Grace is located in Mid-Coast Maine in a new, environmentally-friendly building with an indoor, heated, salt-water therapy pool, luxurious treatment rooms, an outdoor hot tub and a yoga/movement studio and workshop/meeting space. Wild Grace is handicapped accessible with ample on-site parking.

Wild Grace is nestled into the birch and pine-filled woods of Dresden, ME, a quaint town known for its organic gardens, elderberries, eagles and juicy strawberries. Just one visit to Wild Grace and you will see and feel the positive energy of her architecture and resonate with the quiet beauty of her harmonious surroundings along the Kennebec River.

Wild Grace is a hybrid of innovation and green technology. Grown from the owners' commitment to respecting, protecting and revering mother earth, Wild Grace features solar hot water, radiant floor heat, Nu-Wool cellulose insulation, 10-inch thick walls, Lifebreath™ air exchangers to ensure excellent air quality and a Lifebreath 1000™ pool dehumidification system. The 94-degree, salt-water therapy pool is filled with sparkling clean Maine lake water and is heated with solar power and highly-efficient propane. A saline generator turns pure crystal salt into natural chlorine which is gentle on hair, skin, eyes and bathing suits, and provides excellent disinfection. Many people with chlorine sensitivities tolerate the Wild Grace pool with ease.

Wild Grace's pool is licensed by the State of Maine and meets all national and state guidelines for safety and cleanliness.
