Enjoy an hour of exercise in our 94-degree, saltwater therapy pool. Classes focus on core strengthening, balance, stretching and strengthening arms and legs. We use state of the art aquatic exercise equipment: Hydrotones, NZ cords, Keifer stabilizer kick boards, foam noodles and dumbbells and barbells. We integrate yoga, meditation and sound therapy with Tibetan metal bowls at the end of class. All classes are limited to 6 students. Aquatic exercise is ideal for the management of arthritis, pain, weakness, balance issues and Fibromyalgia. One of our class participants has been coming 3 times a week and noticed her Parkinson's symptoms are gone! Please bring your own towel!
